- Lurín’s municipal drive at Complejo Deportivo UPIS San José operates 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. by order of arrival with 60 slots for minors and 40 for people aged 60 and over.
- Applicants must attend in person; minors need an original birth certificate, a parent or guardian’s ID and the child’s presence, renewals should bring the current DNI or complete a registration form if lost, photo updates require a passport‑style photo, and Lurín will provide a free digital photo.
