The neo-Georgian mansion in Kensington is listed for offers exceeding £30 million.
Mercury, who passed away in 1991, left the property and his possessions to close friend Mary Austin.
Austin has recently sold many of Mercury's belongings, including art and stage costumes.
The famous garden gate, covered in fan graffiti, was sold for £412,750 last September.
