• Scout acquired the Frank Furness building and Hamilton Hall in February for $12.25 million and intends to convert them into artist studios and housing.
• ISA Architects adapted Louis Kahn’s 1964 unbuilt proposal into a courtyard scheme featuring curved wooden seating, light-filtering canopies and winding paths.
• Chef Michael Ferreri will serve natural wines, seasonal snacks and soft-serve ice cream to complement the architectural homage.
• Scout managing partner Lindsey Scannapieco says the installation invites the community to reconnect with the site and preview future development phases.
