Frankfurt Police Recover Stolen Radio Part After Patrol Car Vandalized

  • A patrol crew returned to its marked vehicle around 12:15 a.m. to find feces on the driver's seat and urine across the console after parking outside the 1st precinct.
  • Officers also discovered that the control unit of the built-in police radio had been stolen.
  • Around 5 a.m. in Bockenheim, officers checking a group suspected of graffiti found the missing radio control element on one person.
  • Three individuals aged 19, 20 and 25 were taken to a station for processing and were released after police measures.
  • The case remains under investigation, and authorities previously reported no concrete clues identifying who carried out the vandalism.
