Frank Stronach Faces Additional Sexual Assault Charges

The billionaire founder of Magna International is now facing 18 charges from 13 complainants, prompting an internal review by the company.

Frank Stronach, aged 92, has been charged with five additional counts of sexual assault, bringing the total to 18 charges involving 13 women.
The charges span alleged incidents from 1977 to as recently as February 2024, occurring in Toronto and Gormley, Ontario.
Stronach has denied all accusations, claiming in interviews that the allegations are financially motivated, and has vowed to contest the charges in court.
Magna International, which Stronach founded, has initiated an internal review of historical records in response to the charges, despite not facing any allegations itself.
Magna's review has so far uncovered one previously reported settlement related to a historical harassment allegation against Stronach.
