Overview

• Jury grade boosts will be capped at 50 points in 2026, candidates with averages below 9.5 will not obtain the diploma, and those under 8 will no longer reach retakes through jury-awarded points.
• A new mathematics exam for the general baccalauréat will be introduced in classe de première to restore the subject’s weight and core skills.
• New mathematics and French curricula from maternelle to 6e will take effect at the start of the school year.
