La France a obtenu jeudi 19 juin de Dubaï la remise d’Abdelkader Bouguettaia dit « Bibi », un important narcotrafiquant. Le ministre de la justice Gérald Darmanin (ici à l’Assemblée nationale le 17 juin dernier) a déclaré qu’il « devra répondre de ses actes ».
