Overview
- Payments go out 19 August to mainland France, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Guyane, after 5 August disbursements in La Réunion and Mayotte, covering roughly three million households and five million children.
- The 2025 ARS was revalued by 1.7% to €423.48 for ages 6–10, €446.85 for 11–14 and €462.33 for 15–18; Mayotte’s rates are €425.60, €449.09 and €464.65.
- Eligibility uses 2023 incomes with ceilings of €28,444 for one child, €35,008 for two, €41,572 for three and €48,136 for four, rising by €6,564 per additional child; a differential payment can apply just above the thresholds.
- For CAF registrants, payment is automatic for children 6–15, parents must supply a school certificate for a child in CP under age six and confirm schooling or apprenticeship for 16–18 year olds via Mon Compte; payments are made by CAF or MSA.
- UFC-Que Choisir argues the uplift trails a 2% rise in supply prices and comes too late given late-August shelf-price upticks of about 10%, while Familles de France reports a 5.53% drop in a typical sixth-grade basket and NielsenIQ recorded July price declines.
