Overview
- The first automatic mailings start on Monday, 3 November, seven months later than planned due to the late adoption of the 2025 finance law.
 - About 3.8 million low-income households are eligible for €48 to €277 this year, with an average of €150 that has not changed since 2019.
 - Deliveries are staggered in four waves through 28 November, and eligible households were notified by email or SMS in October.
 - Eligibility is calculated from the 2024 revenu fiscal de référence based on 2023 incomes, with a ceiling of €11,000 per consumption unit.
 - Households not receiving the aid automatically can apply online until 28 February 2026 or call the free helpline 0 805 204 805, as energy arrears rose 24% between 2023 and 2024 according to the Médiateur de l'énergie.
