Fox NFL Host Curt Menefee Joins 'Good Day New York' as Co-Anchor

Menefee to Balance NFL Hosting Duties with New Morning Show Role, Continuing Trend of Sportscasters Moving into News

Curt Menefee, Fox's lead NFL host, will co-anchor 'Good Day New York' on Fox's WNYW channel 5, joining longtime co-anchor Rosanna Scotto.
During the NFL season, Menefee will host Tuesday through Friday to accommodate his NFL studio show commitment.
Bianca Peters, who was Scotto’s co-host, will move to Fox 5’s noon and 6 p.m. programs.
Menefee's new role continues the trend of NFL broadcasters taking on more traditional TV news roles, following the likes of Michael Strahan and Nate Burleson.
Menefee, who previously worked as a sportscaster at WNYW in 1995, expressed excitement about returning to New York.
