FOX Local Rolls Out Free, Multiplatform Live Coverage for Nov. 3 Midterms

The network is using connected-TV channels, the FOX Local app and live tabulation feeds to deliver real-time results and local analysis across the country.

Overview

  • FOX Local and its local stations are on the air Tuesday, Nov. 3 with early-morning election reporting and continuous programming that runs through the night and into the next morning.
  • Viewers can stream live coverage for free on the FOX Local app, FOX One, station YouTube channels and free connected-TV services such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus, Tubi and Pluto TV.
  • Station election pages and the FOX Local mobile app will provide interactive maps, county-by-county returns and a Balance-of-Power tracker that refresh automatically as counties post updated ballot counts.
  • Local teams will supplement national streams with on-the-ground reporting from tabulation centers and county offices, including live feeds from Maricopa County’s MCTEC in Arizona.
  • The coordinated approach aims to reach cord-cutters with push alerts and staggered local coverage tied to differing poll-closing times so returns and projections update as jurisdictions report.
