Overview
- Fox One brings together the Fox broadcast network, Fox News, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, Fox Business, Fox Deportes, Fox Weather and local stations in one service.
- Plans include $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, with an optional Fox Nation bundle at $24.99 per month or $239.99 per year and a free trial for new subscribers.
- A joint bundle with ESPN’s direct-to-consumer app is scheduled to launch on Oct. 2 for $39.99 per month.
- Live streams will carry advertising, and authenticated customers of cable, satellite and telco providers can access Fox One at no additional charge.
- Fox says the service leverages technology from the shelved Venu venture and Tubi, will keep original spending modest, and is led by CEO Pete Distad with an eye on about 65 million cord-cutter and cord-never households.
