  • The fire, which broke out on January 3, 2024, in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood, also claimed the lives of 5-year-old twin girls and a 4-year-old boy.
  • The children's mother, Ker Lor, and two other children were also injured in the fire and are currently hospitalized.
  • The fire was accidental and started in a living room on the main floor, blocking the occupants' escape route. The cause remains under investigation.
  • The home had working smoke detectors at the time of the fire.
