  • On December 15, 2024, police say a 17-year-old girl was approached at a Liverpool shopping centre and allegedly assaulted in her car by an unknown male around 5:30 pm.
  • Investigators allege the victim was driven to Wheat Park in Sadleir, where two additional males joined in the assault and a fourth suspect later participated as the car moved through Sadleir and Heckenberg.
  • After the suspects left her alone at about 11:30 pm, the victim contacted a friend who took her to Liverpool Police Station to report the incident.
  • On December 20, detectives arrested a 16-year-old in Condell Park and a 14-year-old in Miller, charging them with multiple counts of sexual assault and aggravated sexual assault in company; both were refused bail.
  • NSW Police executed simultaneous search warrants in Sadleir and Heckenberg on June 17, arresting an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old on aggravated sexual assault charges, with both refused bail and due to appear in court.
