Four Suspects Linked to Mass Deer Poaching in Wisconsin

A woman and three teenagers are under investigation for the illegal killing of over 100 deer across multiple counties.

The poaching incidents occurred between spring 2023 and July 2024 in Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Washington counties.
The suspects used spotlights to locate deer at night and shot them, often removing the antlers from bucks.
Authorities report that the suspects also intentionally hit deer with vehicles and documented these acts with videos and selfies.
Other wildlife, including geese, raccoons, possums, and turtles, were reportedly harassed by the group.
The suspects, all from Campbellsport, Wisconsin, are facing potential charges as the case is referred to prosecutors.
