Four-Star WR Donovan Murph Commits to South Carolina for 2025

The Columbia native chose the Gamecocks over Clemson and other top programs, bolstering South Carolina's rising football trajectory.

Donovan Murph, a 6'2" wide receiver and four-star recruit, announced his commitment to South Carolina during the Under Armour All-America Game.
Murph, ranked No. 182 in the ESPN 300 for the 2025 class, reclassified from 2026 and recorded 96 catches for 1,328 yards and 12 touchdowns in his final high school season.
The Gamecocks secured Murph over in-state rival Clemson and other finalists, including Colorado, Ole Miss, and Tennessee, highlighting their recruiting momentum under head coach Shane Beamer.
South Carolina's 2025 recruiting class now includes six wide receivers, with Murph joining fellow ESPN 300 recruits Malik Clark, Jordon Gidron, and Lex Cyrus.
