Four Shot in Morning Attack at Dolton Auto Zone

Sibley Boulevard closed for hours as police investigate scene marked by damaged vehicles and numerous shell casings.

Four people were shot outside a Dolton Auto Zone on Wednesday morning, with all victims being adults and their conditions currently unknown.
The shooting occurred around 10 a.m., leading to the closure of Sibley Boulevard from Greenwood Road to Woodlawn Avenue until about 3:30 p.m.
Two vehicles appeared heavily damaged, with at least 10 bullet holes piercing the passenger side and windows of a silver car in the lot.
About 20 shell casing markers were found at the scene, indicating a significant amount of gunfire.
Witnesses reported seeing several cars traveling quickly down Sibley, followed by yelling, arguing, and the sound of gunshots.
