• Officers were called to Poets Close, Rhydyfelin, just before 12:40am on 23 September, where 22-year-old Liam Woolford from Porth died.
• Jake Staples, 24, of Porth, is charged with murder, attempted murder, wounding with intent, conspiracy to wound, and possessing a bladed article.
• Ethan Ross, 23, of Rhydyfelin, and Abeyshake Karunanithy, 22, of Tonteg, face counts of attempted murder, conspiracy to wound, and possessing a bladed article, while Jesse Wandera, 30, of Rhydyfelin, is charged with conspiracy to wound.
• The four defendants appeared at Newport Magistrates Court today and are expected at Cardiff Crown Court on Monday.
