Overview
- Two teenagers and two men — a 16-year-old, a 17-year-old, 20-year-old Daeven Reyes and 25-year-old Robert Royal — were arrested Sunday and charged with murder, attempted murder and weapons offenses, with three also facing gang-assault counts.
- The gunfire during a community basketball event at Haffen Park around 7:27–7:30 p.m. Saturday left five shot, including 32-year-old Jaceil Banks, who was pronounced dead at Jacobi Medical Center.
- Anthonaya Campbell, 17, was struck in the head and remains in critical condition, while a 30-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man sustained wounds and are stable, police said.
