Four Found Dead in Norwich House: Police Under Investigation
A man's 999 call expressing mental health concerns went unanswered an hour before he and three others were found dead.
- Four people, including two children, were found dead in a house in Costessey near Norwich.
- The deceased have been identified as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, Jasmin Kuczynska, 12, and nine-year-old Natasha Kuczynska.
