Four Found Dead in Norwich House: Police Under Investigation

A man's 999 call expressing mental health concerns went unanswered an hour before he and three others were found dead.

Four people, including two children, were found dead in a house in Costessey near Norwich.
The deceased have been identified as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, Jasmin Kuczynska, 12, and nine-year-old Natasha Kuczynska.
A man from the property had called 999 expressing concerns about his mental state, but police were not dispatched.
Post-mortem examinations revealed that the man and woman died from stab wounds to the neck.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has launched an investigation into the police's handling of the 999 call.
