Four Connecticut Residents Killed in Vermont Plane Crash

The victims include a high school teacher, his student, her mother, and an elderly passenger, all en route back from a brunch trip.

Four Connecticut residents, including a 15-year-old student pilot, died in a Piper aircraft crash near Basin Harbor Airport.
The victims were identified as teacher Paul Pelletier, student Delilah Van Ness, her mother Susan Van Ness, and Frank Rodriguez.
The group had flown to Vermont for brunch and were returning to Connecticut when the crash occurred.
There were no distress signals reported before the plane went down in a wooded area.
The FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash.
