Four Charged in Connection with Dead Longhorn Left at OSU Fraternity House
The accused, believed to be part of a prank war between fraternities, have pleaded not guilty and are due in court in March.
- Four individuals, three aged 19 and one aged 20, have been charged with unlawful disposal of a carcass, a criminal misdemeanor, in connection with a dead longhorn left on the front lawn of the FarmHouse Fraternity at Oklahoma State University.
- The incident occurred on December 1, ahead of the Big 12 Championship game between Oklahoma State and the Texas Longhorns.
- The longhorn, which had a large cut in the abdomen and was branded with the words 'F--k FH', was found in the early morning hours.
- The four accused, identified as Luke Ackerley, Andrew King, Brody Shelby, and Bennet Fady, are believed to be members of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and have pleaded not guilty.
- The next court hearing for the case is scheduled for March.
