Four Arrested in Bengaluru for Gang Rape of 33-Year-Old Woman on Hotel Terrace

The suspects, all migrant workers employed in local hotels, allegedly befriended the victim before committing the assault.

The incident occurred late Thursday night in Bengaluru's Koramangala area, with the alleged assault taking place on the terrace of a private hotel.
The 33-year-old victim, a catering professional, was approached by four men while waiting at a junction and invited to dinner before the assault.
Following the attack, the suspects reportedly threatened the victim to remain silent and released her early Friday morning.
The victim reported the incident to the police after sharing details with her husband, leading to the arrest of all four suspects, who are in their 20s and hail from West Bengal and Uttarakhand.
Authorities have registered a case under Section 70 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and conducted a medical examination of the victim, who is reportedly in stable condition.
