Overview

• Police were called just before 7:15am on 21 August to reports of a teenage girl being assaulted by multiple men at Fishponds Park in Surbiton.
• Four men aged 24, 35, 36 and 41 were arrested on suspicion of rape and related offences, and remain in police custody.
• Three of the suspects are also under suspicion of administering a substance with intent to commit a sexual offence.
• A crime scene was established and forensic teams conducted searches as detectives continue their investigation.
• The victim is receiving support from specialist officers, and police urged anyone with information to call 101 quoting CAD 1207/21AUG.
