Fortnite Adds Kong and Mechagodzilla Skins Alongside Kaiju-Themed Items

Epic Games confirms the release of Kong and Mechagodzilla skins, available in the Item Shop starting January 16, 2025.

The Kong and Mechagodzilla skins, inspired by 'Godzilla vs. Kong,' will be available in Fortnite's Item Shop on January 16, 2025, at 7 PM ET.
Players can purchase the skins individually or as part of a bundle, with prices ranging from 1,500 to 2,800 V-Bucks depending on the items included.
Additional themed items include Kong’s Battle Axe and Mechagodzilla’s Proton Drill pickaxes, as well as unique back blings and emotes.
Epic Games has teased an in-game PvE event featuring a full-size Godzilla encounter, complementing the Kaiju-themed content in Chapter 6 Season 1.
The collaboration follows previous leaks by dataminers, which were quickly confirmed by Epic Games, building excitement among Fortnite and Kaiju fans.
