Overview
- The program spreads concerts across Aterro da Praia de Iracema, Conjunto Ceará and the new Messejana hub, with national acts including Luan Santana, Xand Avião, Bruno e Marrone, Paralamas do Sucesso, Claudia Leitte, Seu Jorge, Matuê and Wesley Safadão on December 30–31.
- Official projections expect about 1.5 million people at the Aterro for the turn of the year, roughly 80,000 in Messejana on December 30 and around 40,000 in Conjunto Ceará, with the city estimating more than 2.5 million attendees overall and about 700,000 visitors.
- Traffic controls begin with commerce-related interdicts at 20:00 on December 29 near the Aterro, main blockades from 12:00 on December 30–31 along Av. Historiador Raimundo Girão, and additional closures from 13:00 and 17:00 on nearby streets, while Messejana and Conjunto Ceará impose parking bans and street blockades from 15:00 on December 30.
- Dedicated pickup and drop-off zones for taxis and app cars will operate on set stretches of Av. Abolição and Av. Beira-Mar, with related deviations from 17:00 on December 30–31, and bus lines will follow temporary routes with designated passenger landing points and a protected pedestrian corridor.
- The city will deploy 179 Guarda Municipal agents and 11 lifeguards on December 30 and 267 agents with 11 lifeguards on December 31, support three PMAs plus advanced and basic support units, offer an accessibility area for up to 100 people at the Aterro, apply social bus fares on December 31 and January 1, and start beach cleanup at 05:00 on December 31 and 06:00 on January 1.
