Overview
- Ashley Marie Siebenaller, 32, is accused of killing her uncle, Tony Vernon Graham, 64, on Dec. 26, 2025, in a multi-tenant home on the 3400 block of Wade Avenue in Fort Worth.
- Responding officers found Graham in the living room with a single stab wound to the chest, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
- Witness accounts in an arrest-warrant affidavit describe an argument shortly before the stabbing and a bloody knife discovered on a couch where Siebenaller was seated.
- Police say Siebenaller initially denied involvement in writing before later admitting in a Dec. 30 interview that she stabbed Graham; she claimed he stabbed her first, but investigators noted no injuries on her.
- After a Jan. 2 report that Siebenaller stood outside a roommate’s bedroom door holding a knife, a murder warrant was signed Jan. 3, and she was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on Jan. 5 with no bail set as the case continues.
