Overview

• SGS Studios and Hillwood have launched a two-building, 450,000-square-foot campus in AllianceTexas near Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport with soundstages, post-production suites and mill space that can host four simultaneous productions.
• Paramount and 101 Studios began filming Taylor Sheridan’s Landman season 2 at the campus in March, providing the first major production to use the new facility.
• Texas Senate Bill 22 guarantees $300 million in funding every two years through 2035 to the Moving Image Industry Incentive Program, driving private studio investment.
• SGS Studios and Hillwood partnered with Tarrant County College to provide job training in set construction, grip and electric work, post-production and stage operations.
• Hillwood and SGS have plans for a second phase adding roughly 300,000 square feet and eight additional soundstages to build a larger master-planned studio hub.
