Former Wisconsin QB Braedyn Locke Transfers to Arizona

Locke will join Arizona's revamped offense led by new coordinator Seth Doege, competing with returning starter Noah Fifita.

Braedyn Locke, who played at Wisconsin last season, announced his transfer to Arizona on Friday via a post on X.
Locke threw for 1,936 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions at Wisconsin, with a 48.4 QBR in 2024.
Arizona's offense will be overseen by new offensive coordinator Seth Doege, an Air Raid specialist with ties to Mike Leach's coaching philosophy.
Locke will compete for the starting quarterback role against Noah Fifita, who has been Arizona's primary QB for the past two seasons.
Arizona is looking to improve after a 4-8 season under second-year head coach Brent Brennan, with Locke having two years of eligibility remaining.
