Former USF Football Player Teigan Martin Dies in Minnesota Car Crash at 20

Teigan Martin, a former University of South Florida tight end, was involved in a fatal single-vehicle accident in Hollywood Township.

Authorities found Martin's BMW M5 in a ditch on County Road 122 early Monday morning.
Preliminary investigations suggest speed may have contributed to the crash, and alcohol involvement is still unknown.
Martin was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The University of South Florida and Mayer Lutheran High School have expressed their condolences.
An autopsy will be conducted by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office as the investigation continues.
