Former UKFast CEO Lawrence Jones Found Guilty of Multiple Sexual Assaults

Jones, a major Tory donor, convicted of drugging and raping two women in the 1990s and sexually assaulting an ex-employee in 2013, faces sentencing on December 1.

  • Lawrence Jones, former CEO of UKFast and major Tory party donor, has been found guilty of drugging and raping two women in the 1990s.
  • He was also convicted earlier this year of sexually assaulting an ex-employee in 2013, but this could not be reported until now due to court restrictions.
  • Jones has already spent 10 months in jail and is expected to be sentenced for all three offences on December 1.
  • Jones, whose wealth is estimated at £700 million, set up UKFast in 1999, which employed around 500 staff and had over 5,000 clients, including the NHS and the Ministry of Defence.
  • Allegations against Jones first surfaced in 2019, and he and his wife severed links with UKFast in May 2020 when they sold their remaining shares to a private equity investor.
