Former Trump Club Employee Files Lawsuit to Void Non-Disclosure Agreement

Alice Bianco, a former server at Trump’s Bedminster golf club, has filed a lawsuit against the club seeking to void a non-disclosure agreement she signed three years ago to settle a sexual harassment claim.
Bianco alleges she was sexually harassed and coerced into quid pro quo sex with the food and beverage manager, Pavel Melichar.
Trump’s current lawyer Alina Habba is accused of encouraging Bianco to fire her lawyer and sign a non-disclosure agreement, which Bianco alleges she was 'fraudulently induced' to sign.
The non-disclosure agreement, drafted by Habba, required Bianco to forfeit the entire settlement and pay liquidated damages of $1,000 per day if she discussed the sexual assault and harassment claims.
Bianco's lawsuit requests that the court refer Habba and Habba Madaio & Associates to the Office of Attorney Ethics and void the non-disclosure agreement.
