Former 'Teen Mom 2' star Kailyn Lowry announced she is pregnant with twins, just a year after secretly welcoming her fifth child. This news came during an episode of her podcast 'Barely Famous', suggesting that she got pregnant before her recent vacation to Thailand with her boyfriend Elijah Scott.
Lowry reached out to her fans for assistance in naming the twins and posted an Instagram story showing a screenshot of a text message exchange with a friend emphasizing the need to finalize the baby names before leaving the hospital after the twins' birth.
The reality TV star is already a mother to five children: 13-year-old Isaac with ex Jo Rivera, 9-year-old Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin, 6-year-old Lux and 3-year-old Creed with ex Chris Lopez, and her recent child, Rio, with current boyfriend Elijah Scott.
Lowry particularly kept quiet regarding her fifth pregnancy and only publicly acknowledged it several months after the fact. She explained that she wanted to 'tell her story on her own terms' and she found it upsetting that people were announcing it for her.
The pregnancy announcement was quite a shock as the twins will make her a mother of seven. However, the TV personality expresses that although it had been her most emotional pregnancy, thus far her experience has been positive.
