Former Reform UK Wales Leader Nathan Gill Charged with Bribery

Nathan Gill faces multiple bribery charges following a counter-terrorism investigation, with his court appearance set for Monday.

Nathan Gill, 51, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bribery and eight counts of bribery under UK law.
The charges stem from an investigation led by the Metropolitan Police's Counter-Terrorism Command, with authorization from the Crown Prosecution Service.
Gill, who previously served as a Brexit Party MEP and led UKIP Wales, was briefly associated with Reform UK but reportedly left after failing to win a Senedd seat in 2021.
Reform UK has distanced itself from Gill, stating he was never formally a member of the party.
Gill is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on February 24 to face the charges.
