Overview
- Daniela Klette, 66, a former member of the far-left Red Army Faction (RAF), is on trial in Celle, Germany, after evading authorities for over 30 years.
- She is accused of participating in 13 armed robberies between 1999 and 2016, stealing approximately 2.7 million euros to fund her life in hiding.
- Prosecutors have also linked Klette to three attacks in the 1990s, including an attempted assault on a Deutsche Bank building and an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Bonn.
