  • Investigations revealed that Heron often targeted vulnerable girls and women facing legal issues or grappling with addictions, manipulating his authoritative position to intimidate and take advantage of them.
  • The District Attorney's office discovered numerous images and videos of Heron assaulting victims, often in uniform, and some incidents taken place at the back of his patrol car.
