• Carra Samantha Luke, 48, was found with critical injuries at her Taigum home just after midnight on Saturday and was declared dead at the scene.
• A 52-year-old man from McDowall, known to Ms Luke, has been charged with murder classified as a domestic violence offence and with entering a dwelling with intent.
• The accused is scheduled to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
