Overview

• Barton is accused of driving a Ford F-150 Raptor at a high rate of speed on U.S. 33 before entering Dublin’s West Bridge Street around 3 a.m. and striking a Lexus.
• Ethan Perry, the 24-year-old driver of the Lexus, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
