Former Oak Ridge High Band Teacher Arrested on 10 Felony Counts in El Dorado County

Authorities are seeking additional information from potential victims ahead of a scheduled Wednesday arraignment.

  • Deputies arrested Paul Varoff on five counts of oral copulation of a person under 18 and five counts of sexual penetration of a person under 18, the sheriff’s office said.
