Overview
- Grant Fulker, 32, was found guilty by a jury at Southwark Crown Court on 9 January 2026.
- The offences were committed against the same teenage boy in a Heathrow hotel room between 12 and 13 February 2024.
- Fulker had earlier admitted three counts of misconduct in public office for sending sexualised WhatsApp messages to two boys while serving as a volunteer cadet leader.
- He was arrested in February 2024, dismissed without notice at an accelerated misconduct hearing in March 2024, and placed on the College of Policing barred list.
- Met Commander Pete Stevens condemned the abuse of trust, thanked the boys for reporting it, and said all cadet units were inspected and the programme was restructured.
