Former Menudo Member Accuses Father of Menendez Brothers of Rape

Roy Rosselló, a former member of the boy band Menudo, alleges that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Jose Menendez, the father of Lyle and Erik Menendez, when Rosselló was 14 years old.
Rosselló's claims are part of an upcoming Peacock docuseries about abuse within Menudo called "Menendez + Menudo: Boys Betrayed."
The docuseries is based on years of investigative reporting alleging that Rosselló and other former Menudo members were abused by managers and associates of the band.
Rosselló's accusation against Jose Menendez corroborates claims by Lyle and Erik Menendez that their father sexually abused them, which was central to their defense after murdering their parents in 1996.
