Former 'Hannah Montana' star Mitchel Musso arrested in Texas for public intoxication and theft

Mitchel Musso was arrested in Rockwall, Texas and charged with public intoxication and theft under $100.
The incident began when Musso was reported as acting belligerent at a hotel and refused to pay for a bag of chips he had eaten.
Police found Musso outside the hotel and he exhibited signs of intoxication.
Musso also had several outstanding traffic warrants which he was charged for.
He was released on bail after spending a night in jail.
