Holmes and Robach, both previously married when their affair was reported, have since divorced their respective partners. Holmes finalized his divorce with attorney Marilee Fiebig last month.
The pair sparked controversy when their romantic relationship was leaked to the public, which eventually led to ABC News removing the co-anchors from air and them leaving the network.
