Julie Stewart-Binks alleges that Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon sexually assaulted her in 2016 during a meeting to discuss Super Bowl coverage plans.
The lawsuit claims Dixon pinned her against a wall on a hotel balcony, attempted to force a kiss, and made inappropriate comments about her appearance and abilities.
Stewart-Binks contends that after reporting the incident to Fox’s HR in 2017, the network chose to protect Dixon and did not renew her contract.
The lawsuit follows a recent legal complaint by a former Fox Sports hairstylist, who accused Dixon and others at the network of fostering a toxic workplace environment.
Stewart-Binks is seeking damages and demanding that Fox Sports implement measures to prevent future incidents of sexual misconduct and retaliation.
