Former England striker Trevor Francis dies at 69 after heart attack

Francis was the first £1 million player in Britain when he joined Nottingham Forest from Birmingham City.
He scored the winning goal for Nottingham Forest in the 1979 European Cup final.
Francis made 52 appearances and scored 12 goals for the England national team.
He had successful managerial spells at various clubs including Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham City.
Francis won multiple honors during his playing career including two European Cups and the European Super Cup.
