Former Cop Pleads Guilty to Decade-Long Pattern of Sexual Assaults

Former Kansas police officer Todd W. Allen admitted to sexually assaulting at least 10 women over nearly seven years.
Allen pleaded guilty to 12 felony charges related to the assaults, which occurred between 2012 to 2018.
Most of Allen's victims were pulled over while in vehicles with others and assaulted after Allen forced them out of the car.
As part of a plea deal, Allen was sentenced to 20 to 23 1/2 years in prison and required to register as a sex offender.
Allen had been under investigation after being caught on security footage peering into residents' yards and windows on multiple occasions.
