Former 'Big Brother' Winner Mike 'Boogie' Malin Arrested for Shoplifting in Los Angeles

The reality TV alum allegedly stole alcohol and energy drinks from multiple CVS locations and was cited for misdemeanor theft.

Mike 'Boogie' Malin, known for winning 'Big Brother 7,' was arrested on January 29, 2025, for shoplifting at CVS stores in the San Fernando Valley.
Police say Malin was confronted by an employee at one CVS location, returned the stolen items, and then fled to another store where he allegedly stole again.
At the second location, officers found Malin's car running and detained him upon his return; he was identified by a witness and taken into custody.
Malin was booked for misdemeanor theft, later released with a citation, and is expected to appear in court for the charges.
This incident adds to Malin's legal troubles, which include a 2019 felony stalking conviction involving former 'Big Brother' co-star Dr. Will Kirby and a 2020 DUI charge.
