The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records and Combs Enterprises as co-defendants, accusing them of negligence and gender-motivated violence.
The allegations come shortly after Sean 'Diddy' Combs settled a lawsuit with his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who accused him of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence.
Both lawsuits were filed under the Adult Survivors Act, which allows survivors of sexual assault to seek justice even if the statute of limitations has passed.
The allegations against Pierre and Combs have led to increased scrutiny of their business ventures, including a push by Diageo to prevent Combs from serving as the face of DeLeón tequila.
