The arrest followed a single-vehicle crash on I-840 East in Williamson County, where Tennessee Highway Patrol officers responded at 1:24 a.m.
Stough, 20, was transported to a local hospital before being charged and later released on bail.
The singer placed third in Season 21 of 'American Idol' in 2023 and has since pursued a country music career with multiple releases and live performances.
Stough's next scheduled concert is set for Thursday in Saratoga Springs, New York, with additional shows planned in Vermont, Rhode Island, and New York over the weekend.
