• The recall covers 2025 F-150 and 2025–2026 Super Duty models including F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 across the U.S.
• At startup, the instrument panel cluster can display a blank screen, preventing speed, warning lights and other critical gauges from appearing.
• NHTSA filings attribute the failure to a memory protection fault triggered during the cluster’s sleep-entry sequence by a CAN wakeup interrupt.
• Ford’s remedy is a no-cost instrument cluster software update delivered over the air or at dealerships, which disables the problematic memory protection feature.
